“I rated you good as a supplier because the slippers looked nice and were delivered promptly however, I have to rate the product as poor. Unfortunately I had to return them because they are not as described (EE extra roomy). Anyone needing a wide fit will not be happy with this product. Please check that your manufacturer understands the concept of the term for wide fitting before they produce any more on your behalf.”
