“I was sent the wrong shoes!! I returned them the same day. I have yet to receive the correct shoes and your company has my money. I am going to report this to trading standards.”

“The shoes were not good the heights of the back center seam were too low, they measured 2” a true Oxford should be 2.5” at the back. This meant that the shoes did not cup around the heel giving stability and grip , Apart from that major fault I liked the leather soles. The shoes were not in my opinion merchantable quality”

“Tried shuperb as they were a recommendation from a friend. I was not disappointed. Fantastic service!!! Unfortunately the shoe i wanted was out of stock in my size. Was contacted by a member of their team (Jessica) who was very helpful. Rather than just offering a refund as many other companies would do, she took the time to find me some alternatives and sent me links which ultimately kept the sale. Well done Jess!! The replacement was then sent next day royal mail which ensured the delivery by date originally quoted before the drama. Fantastic service, would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“Shoes were lovely but didn't fit so need to return. The reason for the lower star rating is that I paid for next day delivery well within the time requested but it didn't arrive until the day after. The tracking shows that, depsite the dispatch email during the afternoon, it didn't actually reach the postal service until 8pm which is too late for next day delivery.”
