“I love the boots I purchased and the customer service is always responsible and professional. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it took a year to get my boots in stock. I am sure there was a good reason and they did give me a discount in good faith. I hope when I reorder new boots I can get them quickly and then would give 5 stars. All in all great company and products. Thanks, John A.”

“Easy website to use, product as described, kept informed of delivery details, choosing Royal Snail Mail to deliver and not pay the extra for next day. Royal Mail service is not what it used to be, when you posted in the afternoon it could be there the next day, be it a letter or parcel. A pstman would walk up your path and deliver before mid day, sadly those days no longer exist.”
