Dear Customer, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear you are displeased. If I may I would briefly like to explain what happened. The parcel was not addressed incorrectly, we sent the order to the delivery address provided, unfortunately when Royal Mail attempted to deliver there was no answer so they left the parcel with a neighbour as per the GPS provided. We did provide you with this information but you requested we raise an official investigation with the carrier, which we have since done as you were in quarantine. We have had an update from Royal Mail who have explained The Delivery Office Manager offers their apologies as the item appears to have been misdelivered. We have since had an update in regards to the investigation from Royal Mail and issued you with a full refund. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kindest Regards, Sonal.

“I ordered 4 pairs of crocs, I wanted to check styles and sizing. They came quickly and were packed well. I selected what I wanted to keep and returned the others with the returns label that came in the box (return labels cost £1 each). I posted the box at the Post Office with no problems and received an email a few days later to say they had them back and would refund as soon as possible. Two days after this email I am waiting for my refund, hopefully it will be soon.”
