“Service was very good. I had to return the shoes as they were too tight. I have had an auto response acknowledging the receipt of the returned shoes. Response also advised payment will be returned in due course.”

“The boots I ordered are too narrow. I telephoned today about returning them. A helpful man explained that I could find the info on the website. Having located this, and following the instructions on the Royal Mail linked site, nothing that should have happened has happened. I did not get a label to print off immediately, and neither have I received the email to enable me to print it. What do I do now? Why is this procedure so convoluted?”
