Dear Beverley, Thank you for the review and I am sorry to hear you have not received the order. We have looked into this with Royal Mail and I can confirm they will attempt to deliver the parcel on 05/01, they are currently experiencing some delays due to the volumes of mail travelling through the system and certain Mail Centres having limited staff so I am sorry it has taken longer than expected. “Excellent Service! I paid for next day delivery and it came the next day - even though it was a couple of days before Christmas and I thought I would be pushing it! The shoes were exactly what I wanted, the recipient said he couldn’t have picked better himself! I would definitely order from Shuperb again :)”

“These were a gift for my husband and initially he was very pleased as they are waterproof in the field for dog walking. However, we have been for a muddy walk today and he kept slipping. I then checked the boot and realized that there was no grip. He eventually fell badly in the thick mud. I will try to contact the company on this issue.”

“Brilliant, found you on the internet, paid the return fee £1 just in case the shoes didnt fit, no problems shoes fitted, my husband loved them, will deal with you again.”
