“Didn't spot the return small figure to add to the original order until I needed to return, not prominent enough. Second boots ordered were lovely, but not a lot of choice of special shoes/boots to be honest although would check out your webpage again. Out of pocket a long time as 10 day refund as I was also buying a replacement pair. It's usual to do separately by mail order but not such a long wait for the refund. Also too much information and rules to read through regarding returns, not sure I would have ordered if I had spotted them earlier. So overall good to very good, but not great.”

“Excellent boots, they are genuinely comfy, look like they will last well. They look adorable, too. And. They don't rub my tights around the ankles!! Big bonus! Shuperb were great. Well packaged, arrived quickly, excellent price. Great experience.”
