“My shoes were a 71/2 Uk not USA which is way too big it’s a USA size 91/2 which was delivered in the USA so naturally it would be an American USA size. My shoes was shipped out of Charolette but was told I had to return to UK which would cost a fortune. I kinda feel like I was rip off cause why can’t I send it to Charolette to return item? So it could be cheaper. So far it’s a poor score unless someone can reach out to help me.”

If I may, I would like to clarify that we are a UK based company and all items are dispatched from the UK, we do not have anywhere in the US where they can be sent to, unfortunately. “Great service, very fast delivery. Was a little sceptical as these boots had mixed reviews but no problems so far. Bought to wear in the garden particularly for pressure washing. No wet feet and extremely warm. I did buy the next size up thinking that once the inside flattens a bit (over time) I could put thicker socks with them and am pleased I did.”

“Very easy transaction and sent very promptly. With regard to shoes - they were a good price and I am very pleased with them although needed to go up a size as they came up quite small (normally a 7 I had to get an 8 and they were only just big enough) having said that - the fault lies with Hush Puppies rather than Shuperb”
