I can totally understand that I was not supposed to stick my return sticker on to the box however by the time I had read the entire instruction Of return it was to late I suggest that perhaps the return label that you require is not sticky this way it deters the person sending it back the option to stick it somewhere so it does not get lost . I think £13 for a NEW box is very steep and I’m sure there are PLENTY of box’s that you can use to replace it I would appreciate your

Dear Maria, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the restocking fee. If I may, I would just like to explain why you were charged. This was not returned to us in the condition it was dispatched, we had to make the deduction for box which is a percentage deduction as the original packaging was damaged by the returns label being affixed to the side of the box which is shown in the image my colleague sent you via email, we do not have extra boxes to replace any damaged ones because each item comes from the supplier in the original box. We do request are items returned unworn and in the original packaging, it is always best to use a mailing bag when returning items to prevent damage to the packaging. We did not deduct the amount for the damaged box alone, the deduction also reflected the returns label you downloaded from the website to send the pair back to us. I am extremely sorry you are unhappy and I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. Kindest Regards, Sonal.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase. Arrived very quickly, free postage which helps a lot. The style of these boots are amazing, I now have started to wear them when I do the gardening brilliant!

This is a brilliant firm with whom to deal. Unfortunately, my husband found these shoes to be a bit on the snug side and so we returned them with the label provided. We were kept informed from start to finish of the process and the money was back in my account within a few days. We would certainly buy from them again in the future !

As I didn't hear the doorbell, I had to collect my parcel from the Sorting office. I went up to do this and found they were closed. I returned and finally got the parcel. Just as well I thought to take ID because even if you have the note the Postman left, I would have been unable to collect the goods, but hey you can't be too careful. Had I been refused because of ID I wouldn't have bothered with another collection because as you know petrol has gone up and the nearest place is about 3/4 miles away in a car and time consuming.

Unfortunately I had to return the Strive Madison trainers as they were a bit uncomfortable for me. I only wish I had purchased your returns label as I had difficulty using your other suggested methods and ended up paying more by sending them myself through the post office. I was impressed by your quick refund payment.

Shuperb live up to their name! I pretty much got next day delivery with a purchase, and the boots themselves were perfectly described. Sadly they were much too big for me, but returning wasn't a problem, and I received a refund super fast as well! I would shop with these guys again :)
