Dear Christine, Thank you for the review and I am sorry the order did not arrive in time for your Holiday. I did speak to you on the phone in regards to this and explained there was a delay with Royal Mail, the parcel was still in transit and at the Mail Centre. As per our telephone call, I am more than happy to issue you with a prepaid returns label should you no longer need the pair. “Not a good experience at all. Boots not to size necessitating a need to return them. Extremely difficult to find out how to do a return so e mailed your company. Received a reply which should have included a link in order for me to be able to find out how to return. No link included so I am no further forward. Very frustrating.”

“Ordered shoes online when I received them there was damage to the left shoe spoke to customer services they told me to take pictures which I did and sent them. Then I was told to print a return label off your website which I couldn’t do. To much hassle just to return a pair of shoes. Will not shop with you again.”

“I bought a pair of boots but unfortunately it doesn’t state on the website they are not true to size so my normal size 8 that I took was too small and I needed a size 9 which they do both do in that particular boot. So to pay £4 to send them back I’d frankly not on and it should be free returns. Either that or the boots should be true to your own size and a true fit.”

Dear Adele, Thank you for the review, I am sorry to hear you are displeased and that these did not fit as expected, all brands and styles can vary with their sizing. We do not currently offer free returns as we offer free delivery, to ofset this we offer every customer the opportunity to purchase a prepaid returns label for £1 extra with their order and we then cover the remainder of the returns postage.
