“I’m very disappointed with this company. They put my order on hold without notifying me—no emails, no calls. I had to reach out to them, and only then did they verify some information and promise that I would receive my order by Friday. I informed my client based on this promise, but the order wasn’t delivered on time. Instead of Friday, I was told I’d receive it the following Tuesday. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable.”

“The shipping is a damn scam. It does not cost over $20 for standard shipping. You guys are charging regular price plus extra that is going towards your buisness, basically pocketing the rest. I’m not sure how you haven’t been sued yet but that’s illegal. I’ve never had to charge someone that much for shipping and even on big items. Then I leave my cart for a bit because I was busy and my shipping price went over $30 that’s insane. This is definitely not the end of my rant. You’ll be hearing from me soon.”

“I Had to recreate my order and had to spend 2 hours on the phone just to get a partial refund. Why in the world would you send someone just sign posts without signs? If there is a problem with the signs don't send the posts!!! This is just out right pure stupidity.”

“Okay, so I have ordered from signs on the cheap before, easy to use, decent pricing, quick service. But now I am trying to order again, due to the amount of stuff I ordered my previous sales rep told me to reach out so we could work out enterprise pricing... day 4 of trying to get a hold of ANY sales rep at Signs on the cheap, and again I call and get told that they can't transfer me to a salesman, that they don't have that capability. What kind of backwards company doesn't have a direct line to their sales department, what GENIUS there came up with that idea, because he needs some enlightenment on customer service. So this will be the last time I call regarding this order, I will just go spend thousands of dollars elsewhere because of pure incompetence on this companies part.”
