“Too much shipping charge”

“You're lured in by the promise of deals a low prices and as you continue the price continues to sky rocket, ending with shipping being as much as I would pay for my total order when in reality I paid almost $200. I'm terrified They won't arrive in time and/or the quality will be poor after all this and my money will have been spent on a poor product.”

“Absolutely TERRIBLE *BEWARE* I ordered signs in October, was never sent out after 3 weeks. Called customer service, said they would get signs out right away and cover shipping. They ended up cancelling my entire order without telling me or sending an email. Called customer service to see what the issue was and they said signs and shipping woud actually be $250 more than I paid before! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!”

“ordered 4 larger signs last month and the shipping was LESS than this one smaller sign! If these high shipping costs continue I will be forced to look elsewhere for my signs. The fee I was charged for this one sign with economy shipping was appalling!”

“Service was great but total scam offering a 55% discount that really isn't a discount because added to shipping. Had signs that were bigger and shipping was $36 then made smaller sign, same amount and it's $50. Totally false advertising. Not the agent's fault.”

“I placed my clients' orders on the 6th and they are still not here yet. Signs On The Cheap did not drop my order off at UPS until 10/17 when the RUSH date was the 19th to have them to me (I have scanned proof by UPS, who has been cooperative since the shipper is avoiding all responsibility). This company is deceitful, the online chat does not work on their page, and there are constant price "glitches" on their site. I regret using them...they've made us look horrible to our clients who had a very important campaign to run this weekend with their promised signs. Just ugly. I do not recommend them or any of their other brands they'll try to sell you on the phone when you don't have time for them, because you are investigating your order.”

“Placed an order. Delivery was 7 days. Called after order sat in label creation 5 days and still not shipped. Called numerous times, was on hold 40 minutes, 20 minutes, another 32 minutes and still no answer so hung up. Sent several emails and no answer back. Finally got ahold of someone the day before my order was scheduled to arrive according to my confirmation email. She pushed the delivery date back to 5 more days with nothing more to say to me. This is the second time in 3 weeks this happened with this company. I wouldn't order from this company if you are in any kind of a hurry or need by a deadline.”
