“Kept deleting my 4x8 banner design, did it 3 times AND wouldn't let me see my saved designs or transfer them over to a different format and kept switching to a template. Very disappointed.”

“The customer representative was very helpful, but the company's pricing for shipping is deceitful....after getting a discount on the order, they literally doubled my shipping cost from when I got the same sized banner before which was vinyl, and actually heavier than the mesh sign I now ordered. This tells me that you are charging shipping as a percentage of order value, NOT based on cost to actually ship it. This is not ethical.”
