“Prices aren’t as low as they make them seem. Shipping is very expensive. 2 basic signs with no designs, upgrades, and regular shipping, etc. cost $45.”

“There was a promotion on the "Signs on the Cheap" webpage for FREE wire stakes and the WiRE STAKES page on the website also cited "$0.00" for wire stakes, but the check out process charged $1.88 per sign. I called the representative and sent a screenshot of the webpage. She acknowledged what it said, and called the tech department. She reported back that it was a "glitch" and would not honor it.”

“you put the text box in and you cant get it ff nor move it correctly or adjuzt the text, that is why i had to aggravating make pics of the text and paste them, fix it as it is very annoying,”

“I got an email saying "finish your design" I'm not sure what was missing - resubmitted it and was charged again. I only way twenty signs so I hope I have not ordered an additional 20. You are closed today so I cannot ask anyone.”

“Pricing structure is difficult to understand. 1 color 12"x18". I changed the font and the price went from .$ 0.84 to $1.76. Not reasonable.”

“I have completed everything that was asked to receive tax exempt. I even spoke to customer service twice. It even shows I have it on my account page, but I still get charged tax for the purchase. This is for a public school and every penny counts!”

“I was misled by the ad that I would get it faster... ships in 24 hours... designed everything and disappointed as to how long it will take to get to me. Tried calling and talking to someone about it yesterday... no help and then finally decided to just do it today and the shipping doubled in cost! Shipping yesterday was $18 and today $30... very disappointed. I hope it actually gets delivered quicker.”

“I have orderd before and got the discount that was advertised but this time it was showing having 12x18" signs for 84-89 cents depending on how many you ordered. However, when I got to the final checkout screen, it said the signs were going to be $2.28 without adding any upgrades, double sided, or even wire stakes. Very misleading and I had to purchase to get the signs I needed in time but was frustrated to be told one thing and then being charged more once I tried to check out.”
