“Your online ordering process is a nightmare. I have no idea why you are listing our tax exempt certificate as invalid but I need to get this order placed and hope you'll refund the taxes paid that shouldn't have been charged in the first place.”

“I don't like last minute highway robbery priceses they say .74 cents per sign then ad on all these outragous shipping charges and $5 per sign instead of .74 after you spent an hour for the design will look for a cheeper place local time for sure.”

“It it very unusual when paying with Apple Pay that the order does not simply go through when you click Apple Pay. I believe I never hit the final button so as a result have been waiting for the order and only tonight realized it have never gone through.”

“The design portion of this site is very frustrating took hours to accomplish what I kinda wanted. Never could get exactly what I wanted. Placing test or changing text colors is nearly impossible to do easily. If the price was not what it is I would have gone to another vendor. I have never been more frustated with the site. Because of the near impossible navigation I placed a previous order that had an error in it that I did not see due to the difficult navigation so I wasted $227 on useless hangers.”
