“Website was glitchy; customer service was fair - one customer service rep told me I could order a 24 x 18 corrugated sign, which is actually impossible, but the error message didn't clarify that. When I called the art department (per the suggestion of the second customer service representative who couldn't figure out the issue) for help with the design, I stayed on hold for 10 minutes before agreeing to a call back. It's been 2 days and no one called me back. I figured it out myself.”
