“Tried to reorder signs that were purchased in the past, due to program changes at your end, the letters were shifted. Told they could do nothing to fix it, had to go to art department and most likely would have to pay for new design. Or, redesign again online. Redesigned on line, got to check out per pc price for an order of 3 was more per pc than the price for 1, called they could not fix. Ended up ordering the same item 3 times at the 1 pc price. Wasted hours to reorder something that you already had made”

“Got A CHEAP price at FIRST for 20. Pretty cheap. But then after I was about to check out, It was 5 times more than the price listed at first. Each sign was over $15 for 10 or more. So I ended up getting ONLY 10 for the price of OVER $200 with slowest shipping included”

“They did not deliver with my stakes still weeks waiting. They delivered the signs yet no stakes then tried to say we didnt take delivery yet we had the signs. 2 weeks later still don't have stakes. Signs look fine. There is no rush ordering signs still took about a week to get to us.”

“My husband needed some signs for the last two weeks of his campaign and before early voting. The signs came the day early voting started but were useless because the metal stands we ordered with the sign order did not come until 5 days later! We were so unhappy and upset. We will never order from this company again. As a side note, we thought these signs would be cheaper than ordering from a small local company and they were not. In fact, much more expensive! And those signs from the local guy were ready to be put out in less than 2 days after the order was placed. This company also gets you on the shipping cost!!! Do not order from them.”

“Misleading Advertising Practices! Tried to order five small 6" by 18" signs. As given "50% off!" Couldn't see shipping until end after spending an hour designing things. Shipping cost over 50% of the signs. While waiting to place otder, I get another offer for 55% off! Wow! Added this offer and for the same five signs, shipping increased 67% and qas over $50 or more than half the sign cost! Terrible!”

“Love the quality but the website is setup weird that you have no idea what shipping costs until the end. SHIPPING COSTS are extremely HIGH and not justifiable. Probably my last purchase here. Also only offer 4mm plastic and not 10mm.”

“THIS WEBSITE HAS CHANGED. THE PRICING KEEPS CHANGING. WHILE YOU ARE IN ONE SESSION. MY 100 DF - 1 COLOR SIGNS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE $ 3.14, THE PRICE CHANGED TO $ 5.25, THEN $ 4.27, THEN WHEN I CHECKED AGAIN OUTSIDE THE DESIGN IT WAS $ 2.77. YOU CAN'T REALLY ORDER A SIGN WHERE YOU UPLOAD THE DESIGN WITHOUT ASSISTANCE. THEY CHARGE THE 2 COLOR PRICE FOR 1 COLOR SIGNS. FREIGHT IS OUTRAGOUS!!!!! $ 2.00 PER SIGN.”

“DONT LET THE LIES FOOL YOU. This company completely messed my order up and refused to fix or refund me. I purchased 1000$ worth of signs. I wish I could upload a picture to show you guys. Worst customer service ever. Made me completely waste almost 1000$. The signs weren’t usable. Been in business for 5 years. Have never experienced such a thing from a company before. Made it seem like it was my fault and not there’s. I even asked them to send me stickers to cover up there mistake and they refused. I wish you guys could have seen what they looked like. Can’t even believe they send them out looking like that. Clearly didn’t care or look it over. Unbelievable. Please don’t waste your money.”
