“The pricing didn't match from one cart to the next. The rep I spoke with did not meet your usual great customer service. i went ahead and placed the order because it was becoming such a hassle trying to work her.”

“I was excited by the good offer, set up an order for a client to complete... only to find that the client received a different price than what I had been quoted. Not good. Then, the standard shipping was another 30% of the order plus Texas tax for out of state shipment. We went with another vendor.”

“I have ordered before but will never order again because of OUTRAGEOUS shipping. I purchased 16 signs for under $ 250.00 but shipping was $ 116.00. That's rediculous. I ship items everyday of the week and overnight, SUNDAY shipping is less. I own 11 businesses and would be out of business if I gouged my customers. GOOD-BYE!”

“Was pulled in for your 100 signs for $99, which does not exist. Then placed my order just to see the high shipping cost. Frankly, it's plastic, and I have ordered them before, weighed the box and your price is double of what UPS and FED EX ground is. Live and learn - there are others out there who treat clients decently.”

“Every time I went back to the website the price was higher. I guess it would have been helpful for me to be more decisive! That is why I gave this site a 'Poor' rating. Otherwise I'd say Good. I can't speak to the quality of the sign yet as I just placed my order. Designing the sign on this website, however was MUCH easier than I thought it would be. :)”

“The pricing changed if I clicked back or tried to edit my order. Then the shipping date changed from arrival by 8/21 to arrival by 8/28, with no option for a rush order. The first time I came through it gave me a free upgrade to rush on the order. It also said the signs would be $.74 each, but by the time I checked out they were $2.48 each. Seemed a little bait and switchy. I hope my signs arrive quickly.”
