“Great service, fast delivery. Products arrived securely and carefully wrapped, earlier than expected. My kitchen lighting strips were just as described...incredibly easy to install and have made a huge positive difference in outr kitchen. oh... and the price was good as well!”

“Unfortunately, the 6ft LED batten I had ordered was received with the outer packaging severely damaged. The batten box inside was bent like a banana!. However, I contacted Simple Lighting customer service and Will was very helpful in resolving matters. Luckily, the batten still works and the damage to the light is relaticely minor and is now hidden behing difuser panels. With no reflection on Simple Lighting, my advice if you're in a similar situation is to keep the packaging and contact their customer service. Being able to take photos of packaging and damaged unit plus the ability to test that it still works is a plus.”

“Everything was as advertised: the items arrived on time, everything needed for installation was included, and the installation instructions were easy to follow. I particularly liked the integral switch on each module that allowed me to adjust the lighting intensity. I installed the 4 modules I purchased in my bathroom and the effect is wonderful. “Very happy with the product and service from Simple Lighting. I had to replace some dated recess lights for LED. Bezel size was important as was the GU10 fitting so that the recess lighting throughout the house uses the same bulbs. All very straightforward to fit although I’ve probably been spoiled with push fit connections on other jobs completed but to be fair, I think the terminal blocks give a more confident and secure connection”

“All lights well packaged and work well . prices very good as is quick delivery One criticism, I had to choose the light colour of my LED panel on ordering . when istalled , the colour was not right. I called customer service to be told that colour was switchable. this solved the problem but please change you website sales info to say they are switchable and you do not have to have 3 diffent colours shown for ordering”

“I purchased a whole range of connectors, sensors, drivers and switches to complete a lighting setup in a wardrobe. I initially spoke to the store on the telephone and explained what I wanted to do, they walked me through the process and what was required, from there I explored the website further and expanded my ideas because the explanation I was given prior, made it easy to do so. Loads of cool options on the website too. I received my delivery in good time. The parts all seem of good quality, although I did have an issue with one of the sensors not working, I emailed the support team and Chris communicated quickly and organised another to be sent out out straight away. I will definitely be using again!”

“Love these good quality and easy to use led continuous strip lighting which I stuck just on edge behind a beautiful feature cupboard I have .Made it look even more special.Am about to do over new Wren wardrobes and Bookcase too!!”
