“They seem really good for my vision but are much thinner than the ones I had. Concerned that I may have received dailies instead of the monthlies I ordered.”

“I wouldn’t say the contacts are awful but I will say I should have paid extra to get a different brand. The contact don’t stick to my eyes and fall out all the time. I wouldn’t recommend these.”

“This was an extremely easy endeavor and the prices beat out my doctor's office quotes for my contacts. Even when I messed up and unwittingly sent them a picture of an old receipt rather than a prescription, I had only to text with the "representative" to get the whole thing worked out. My Rx was a few weeks expired, so I did the video check up test, which was easy to follow and quick to return with results. I don't think I should need to go to the eye doctor every year when I have zero risk factors and my eyesight hasn't changed. This was unbelievably convenient!”

“Half a month later, still have not received. Would be all right with that if I could get an answer from anyone as to where they are and we're not getting emails asking me to leave reviews about how awesome my contacts are and to share etc..”

“They’re quick to reply, but slow to get your product to you.. My contacts were supposed to be delivered on 7/13. I got an email saying they’d be 24-48 hours late. It’s now going to be longer than that before I get them.. I liked their customer service, but I will probably order somewhere I can get my contacts faster next time.”

“A week after I ordered, I get a request for what I think? The ordering was super easy. The contacts were only $1 cheaper than if I had ordered from My eye doctor. After a week, I haven't had a single shipping update; my package is still "en route" to DHL commerce. To me, "simple" means easy ordering, competitive pricing, and quick shipping. So far, Simple Contacts has only met 1 out of 3.”
