“Well I appreciated the ease of buying and quick delivery but i use multifocal lenses and I don't think that is what was prescribed by your online eye test. Therefore, I'm having a hard time seeing well at close distance-such as computer and phone.”

“Your service was excellent. My problem is the contacts I ordered. The Bausch and Lomb ULTRA lenses were virtually impossible to get in my eyes. They were very flimsy, and my eyes kept rejecting them. I've used the Bausch and Lomb Soflens multifocal in the past. I'd like to switch the ULTRA out to the Soflens, using the same prescription. How do I do that?”

“They are great other then the fact that neither one of my boxes are marked for the left eye or the right eye so I had to figure it out and I still don’t think they are in the right eye”
