“I chose Simple Contacts because they had the best price. My contacts are Toric XR for astigmatisms with strong prescriptions, I’m damn near blind. Anyway, I expect to pay a lot and wait because my RX isn’t commonly stocked. They were already priced right so being told 6 6-8 weeks waiting time was par for the course. To my delight, they messaged me 2 weeks later that my contacts got to them and they were going to ship them in 5-7 days. Once again I delightedly received the contacts in 2 day! Just wow! Even if they were priced as much as their competitors the speed alone was worth using them, but price speed accuracy are all amazing. Also, they stayed in contact with me the entire time and the customer service was awesome! It was a pleasure doing business with this company and I would highly recommend using them.”

“Ordering was easy. However, I paid extra for 2 day shipping. My contacts didn’t come in 2 days. When I tried to call, the number was no longer working due to heavy call volume. I emailed the customer service link and I got an automated reply that said they would reply in a couple days! So frustrating! I was leaving on a trip and needed my contacts. They did eventually arrive but not being able to contact someone was annoying.”

“Simple contacts was a very easy solution to purchasing lenses. Their price was already significantly lower than the big online contact vendor, and I didn't need to complete a rebate form and wait for money to come back. The contact boxes are exactly the same as my previous ones. The lenses were manufactured in 2017 and "expire" in 2022, so I'll be totally fine. I think I'll move to an every other year eye exam since I have no complexities to my vision or eye health except astigmatism. Thanks Simple Contacts!”

“I'm really impressed with Simple Contacts! My prescription unexpectedly expired and I was able to have an online eye exam to renew it. The process was easy. It did take about a week to get my contacts, but now that I'm subscribed next month should be no problem!”

“I researched a number of sites before purchasing contacts. This site had impressive reviews. Now I can see why and I am so glad I bought from simply contacts. The app was very easy to use, the service was excellent, and my order arrived so fast. Order confirmed on Monday and I had my contacts in my hands on Thursday. Very impressed. “The price is good. The service is fast. Watch out for the automatic reorder. I somehow signed up for automatic reorder (no way I would knowingly do this..I have frequent prescription changes). I will probably use them again, but will watch out for the auto reorder service.”
