“The processing time takes too long so shipping is delivered nine days later. If you are charging on the first of the month make sure it is processed immediately same day because it takes so long to get the contacts and I have to wear glasses for a few days while the shipment arrives”

“Simple Contacts saves you a lot of money when having to renew your prescription. Mine has not changed for well over a decade so I appreciate not having to go pay $100 every year just to get my contact lens prescription renewed when it is exactly the same and my eyes are healthy.”

“I will never buy contacts from them. My order was placed on 7/24/19 and I am still dealing with a messed up order, it’s 8/8/19. You can only text or emails in which responses are delayed days. I emailed them about my messed up order and I get a review email instead of a response. I don’t like the automated robot system they have. And I never received a receipt so I have no idea what they charged me. I feel very uncomfortable about this service with so many scams out there.”

“Fast, simple, easy, however I wish there was an option to select the shipping type because my package was transferred from DHL to USPS to an internal service at my business but the tracking was not clear once it transferred to USPS.”
