“These guys are the best! I've been dealing with them for about a year for my contacts and not only is the subscription price cheaper- WAY cheaper than my optometrist their customer service is fantastic! They get back to you right away with any questions-(text or email a plus) and the couple of times there was a glitch in my order they credited me immediately- just to show good faith. They seem to really want to keep loyal customers- something you don't really see anymore and especially with online companies. Great customer service is worth a little extra- only you don't actually PAY extra. Simple Contacts have shown me they're trustworthy and professional. I was originally sold on the convenience but was happily surprised at all the extra.”

“It was so simple and easy! I have 3 boys and don't always have time to get a sitter to go to the doctor. Simple contacts saved time, and money, both of which aren't always in full supply. Lol!”

“I work in health care and I know care can be, well, not simple. But you did it, you made health care simple. I'm super busy so getting to the eye doctor is a pain. I never left my house, did my exam, reordered contacts, amazing. This is the future. Kudos to your team for figuring out how to make my life easier. I'm telling everyone I know!!!”
