“The time between ordering and getting the doctor confirmation was way too long and I had to retake the test several times. Also I never was notified my order shipped until the order was at my house.”

“Fast shipping of contacts! Contacts are usually shipped the same day. Ordering is simple. The main thing I don’t like is they raise their prices after the first order. Keep the prices the same for everyone for every order!”

“Still clunky when compared to the industry standard AMZ or Walmart. Even clunky compared to CVS Hotwire and yelp. Also, got to work out script efficiency. Got to get Drs. working with us not against us. Should explore cooperative strategy where we pay docs a commission for being our local optometrist”

“My first experience with Simple Contacts was satisfactory. Fast shipping and receipt of my order. I was disappointed that one of the boxes of contacts I ordered was not sealed as if it had been returned. Never had that experience with my usual contact lens vendor.”
