“I understand that manufacturers for contacts can cause delays but simple contacts handled it extremely poorly. They at first said my order was placed and would be shipped on time. Then they said about a 2 week delay. Once those 2 weeks were passed I contacted them again and they said about a month. Then when I contacted them again they said another 3 months. No apologies and no heads up first on the approximate shipping times and very delayed responses. I emphasized how important it was for a friend's wedding at a beach and that I needed at least a few pairs. No solution was presented. Curious I ordered a few pairs from other companies and they shipped within a week. Poor service, poor inventory, no critical thinking, and apparently poor ratings. They took the money out in July when i placed it and because I was curious i did not cancel to see when the contacts ship. Just got it in October. Will not use again.”

“Delivery was quick. I really did not like the fact that the price went up by 50% compared to last year. I need to keep an eye out for good deals. 90 days at a time doesn't lock me in as much.”

“I have worn contacts since I was a teenager and without much change to my prescription yet each year I have to go to a optometrist every single year for a check up and then order new contacts. Those days are OVER! Simple contacts have made it fast, easy, and affordable to take a eye test from home and they ship my lenses right to me. I will be telling everyone I know to use this app!”
