“I discovered Simple Contacts through Rakuten. Of course, getting a percentage back is a plus but navigating Simple Contacts was easy so I wasn’t about to pass it up. I had no trouble at all! My fiancé got the contacts he needed and we are good to go for the next 6 months. We only used then to fill an Rx but the process was quick and simple. No problems what so ever even if my fiancé and I aren’t married and I filled the Rx for him.”

“The price was good, the communication was very good, the processing and shipping was prompt, but getting the actual order placed was not so good. I wear a contact lens in one eye only and they had quite a problem placing my order. The prescription was very clear but I guess the person who processed the order was unfamiliar with how to read a prescription. Will I order from them again? Not sure.”

“I still have yet to receive my contacts and the tracking information does not state when my contacts will be delieved nor does it clarify if DHL or USPS has my package. I need my contacts and waiting this long is ridiculous. This is the first time I have used Simple and it has not been a good experience. I doubt I will reorder from Simple.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I think you guys deserve my time. I am extremely satisfied with your service. You shipped my order within 4 hours and delivery my contacts overnight (note: I upgraded to one day delivery). I will definitely buy my contacts from Simple Contacts in the future!”
