“Service was great, they are on the ball and I liked the process. Unfortunately, I used my prescription from my eye doctor, the prescription had worked great with my old contact lenses. However, my new contacts from Simple Contacts came and they are good for distance vision but terrible for close, I cant read a computer, a book or my phone with the contacts in. I wonder if I can return them and try the online vision test. I want to like this company but don't want to waste money on contacts that don't work, being able to see well is kind of the whole point..”

“Quick and very helpful customer service. Cheaper and more accessible than many other places considering the quantity of contacts I received. The exam revision took longer than expected for unknown reasons but the pros outweighed it. Can definitely recommend this service!”

“Service was very fast. I like that you can send them a photo of your contact lens prescription. I was also impressed that they had my lenses in stock. For my previous order from a different, well-known provider, I had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to ship, because they had to special order them. I’m glad to have found Simple Contacts. Their price was better too!”

“So easy!! I love this service! I submitted my eye exam on a Saturday, a doctor renewed it on Monday and I had new contacts and a renewed year-long prescription by Wednesday.”

“Very easy to do the eye exam. Quick response time. However, the app does not seem to have the same functionality as the website. I had cancelled my subscribe program and when I wanted to sign up again, it did not give me that option. Nor could I find where to sign up for it again. Other than that, I will continue to use this service. It has made ordering my contacts so easy!”

“I had an emergency need for contacts in one day before I was due to leave the country for an extended period and was able to get my exact prescription and brand delivered in ONE DAY! This in spite of troubles from my doctors' office being unresponsive. Jeff, my sales rep/main contact, did a phenomenal job both with keeping me updated in the process and assuaging any concerns I had. I am so grateful to Simple Contacts and cannot say enough great things!!”

“Exceptional service! Customer service was excellent. My son had a baseball tournament and his contacts through his dr.’s office were on back order and said it would take over a week. Simple contacts got them to me the next day.”
