“We ordered two oak handrails. The rails themselves and their brass fittings are excellent and worth a 5* rating but the company has been let down by its courier, who damaged the first rails that were sent and delayed delivery of their replacements. The rails were ordered on 1 July and delivered on 27 July.”

“Good product, good quality. Delivery took about a week longer than stated, and difficult to get in touch to get updates.. but hopefully just issues due to Coronavirus and things will improve.”

“Response to my initial enquiry for glass balustrade system was very good with competitive quote and all technical questions answered. Order arrived a little later than delivery date given and came with one post missing. This was dispatched a couple of days later. All worth waiting for, very impressed with quality of glass and posts. Very good value for the money spent. Will be ordering handrails shortly for another project.”

“I received all the components for my balustrade they were all good quality there was a slight delivery issue but they resolved it very quicker and all went well. I would recommend SimpleHandrails.”

“Good quality and delivered on time with a good price, however the fittings are all tightened with an allen key on the rear so once they are fitted if you need to tighten any up because they've worked loose, which they did for me, you have to take them apart to get at the rear. I found this a possible design fault but once sorted it looks really good. I would recommend them.”

“The actual product is well made, and of great quality. I deducted one star because an incorrect order was supplied, and despite contacting the company messages regarding the replacement order were not passed on....to the correct persons, resulting in a mixed level of customer service. I always try to buy British and this company was recommended to me by my joiner, who sang the praises of the products. Personally, I would use this company again, once in touch with the correct person the replacement rail was dispatched overnight....and you cant say fairer than that.”

“I ordered a 3m oak with stainless end caps. After 12-14 days the rail and fittings arrived. On fitting, I noticed the oak rail was oval, and not to spec. I emailed customer services and was greeted with an email the following morning from Tammi. After supplying pictures of the issue a new one was dispatched without question. Turned up today (5 days in total) and all good. I can get the stairs finished now... Great customer service from Tammi to get the replacement out quickly and hoping it was a one-off, else some sort of quality check needs to be put in place with the parts before dispatch.”

“Very stylish and looks good, there was a small issue where the bracket holes did not quite line up with the holes in the hand rail, I had to drill a bigger hole in the bracket but happy with the quality overall.”
