“Lovely handrails & fittings; very helpful advice on the phone about what to order; most accommodating about delivery times... But... The screws included in the order are ridiculous. The ones for screwing to the wall are too small... they should be 2" tens rather than eights; then we get the same countersunk screws to fit the brackets to the rails; they should be roundheads... or better yet, produce the brackets with countersunk holes & provide shorter & fatter screws. This aspect has not been well thought through.”

“Great handrail, screws that was provided for the handrail was not suitable for the job. Everyone that has seen the rail on the staircase have commented how good it looks.”

“Looked online at other suppliers but Simplehandrails.co.uk were the best value, ordering was simplicity itself and my order of 4m of oak handrail arrived very well packaged and on time. Haven't had time to fit the handrail as yet as I'm away on holiday but they've been varnished and just ready to be fitted when I get home, it looks really good quality and very pleased so far they seem to be a very good quality product for a very reason price and I will be using again soon.”

“I ordered an oak handrail cut to a specific length, plus stainless steel fittings. They were delivered in the time frame promised and having varnished and fitted the rail, I am very pleased indeed with the result. SimpleHandrails is an excellent supplier.”

“Ordering process is simple and made to measure handrail was delivered within 10 days. It was couriered by UPS and arrived safely, however it was very well packed and protected. Mounting was simple as all screws rawlplugs and bolts are provided. Once mounted it looks stunning with a nice finish.”
