“As a local handyman these handrails are a dream. We have had a few of these rails now and each time they are perfect! This time a customer wanted a beech handrail and like the rest it didn't let us down.”

“Terrible communication, requested a delivery day (as says on the website) for this to be ignored, finally getting the product it was the wrong length! Good quality product once received, avoid if you need quick delivery though!”

“Good quality handrail, I had to fine sand the rail as it was a tad rough to be fitted "out of the box" I would advise getting a better quality screw as a few screw heads snapped off even when pilot holed but overall very pleased”

“Rubbish, no bolts supplied and cover plate no fixing, rang twice to complain still no bolts 6 days after delivery, still on the floor waiting to be fixed. Never again.”

“The description said in finished wood, which I thought would have been varnished, but no varnish on them, and they weren't perfectly smooth, needed some sanding down. I received 93 screws of two types (I only needed 24), I also received 30 plugs, only needing 12. There was no instructions enclosed and nothing telling me what size drills to use. It was oak, which is very hard and I thought they could have pilot drilled for the end caps. They look OK after sanding and varnishing. Their delivery service is free, but poor. You can track it, but all it says is 'by end of day', so I waited in all day and it was delivered at ten past three in the afternoon.”

“I have just received this and am so pleased. It is excellent quality, stylish and perfect if you want a stunning but functional quality handrail. Highly recommend!! Comes with brackets for pre drilled holes and the screws are in the handrail. Took 2 mins for me to attach brackets. All screws and rawpluggs too, and a couple of spares....Just in case. Well designed. Love it!!!!!”
