“I ordered a black powder coated steel rail for my outdoor steps. It arrived a couple of days later than expected in a cardboard tube and the box containing the brackets and screws was quite badly damaged. However, the contents were undamaged. The pre-drilled holes for the screws to attach the rail to the brackets did not line up by about 5mm. After a bit of force and crossed screw threads I eventually screwed the brackets to the rail. Attaching the rail to the brick wall was easy with the screws and wall plugs supplied and after my initial concerns I am very pleased with the result.”

“Well designed, good PC finish, but the screw fixings need to be, 50x12 to give a better solid overall secure fixing. Well packed, but my 2.4 length was slightly chipped on the end cap due to the cardboard tube had been bent over about Six inches from one end, other wise it's fixed and does the job intended for perfectly. Any touch up white available please.??? Maurice.”

“The oak handrail is very good. The screws were poor quality and snapped! It would be helpful to have installing instructions. It was tricky putting on the ends centrally. Really pleased with how it looks now it is up.”

“Yet to install but close examination shows the oak rail and the brushed stainless fittings to be of high quality. I particularly like the articulated joint to change the rail’s direction. I am confident that, when fitted, the rails will add a touch of quality to our stair area.”

“Verry responsive and happy to help. The only little thing I would recommend is to either fix, or remove the area on your order page online where it notes to come back to for updates regarding your order and shipping as it doesn’t work. Still, giving them a ring was straightforward and again they are happy to give feedback so all good.”
