“The oak poles look nice but the metal ends came with no fitting instructions and no pilot holes. We found it impossible to screw then on evenly ad the pokes are not perfectly round so ended up glueing which will probably fall off if weight is out on them. It would have been so much better if they had been fitted during manufacture.”

“Quality good... good price... missing bolt... after quick telephone call next day rectified.... no fuss... WELL DONE... back up service good... could do with handrail fitting video link ... used Youtube for guidance.... all sorted... will use SimpleHandrails again”

“The handrails I ordered were very good quality. However, the screws you provided for securing rails to wall were very poor and were snapping when screwed in. This caused all sorts of issues for getting the broken screw out of wall”

“Very good product but screws on the rail supports came loose as soon as we tried to offer the rail up. The screws needed to locked in position with thread locking liquid before we were able to fit the rail. Plenty of good stainless mounting screws and wall plugs supplied with the rails.”
