“First of all the handrail arrived without the brackets, I then had to go back to UPS to check if they had a second parcel and they told me to contact you. and your lady in the sales office responded quickly and sent the brackets by express post .Job now done and looking good”

“Very pleased with the first oak hand rail I ordered a second . The brackets and cone end fittings are very good quality . My order was a tad later than promised but it was worth waiting for . Looks good on my plaster wall .”
