“Manufactured, delivered ahead of time stated. I installed it two days ago. It is an excellent product and I am delighted with it. As I have plasterboard walls I used longer and bigger rawl plugs for security into the blocks behind. Wonderful and very secure. Well done.”

“When I rang to sort delivery of my order they managed to get it to me the next day which was important as I had a carpenter waiting on fitting it. Arrived on time, no drama. Product was stunning, it looks fabulous in my home and in my view, very reasonably priced for what you get. Very happy, would recommend”

“Again like always the best quality handrail money can buy. Same service, same high quality product. We have used Simple Handrails 4 times now and they are fantastic. Even down to providing the screws and plugs. This time we asked for an AM delivery as we had a fussy customer and the job needed to be done quick! Was here by 9.45am 4 days after ordered! Cant fault!”

“the pole is slightly bent , the end caps didnt fit properly they were rounder than the pole which feels like it has a seam down the length of it . but it looks ok”

“(DIY) Purchased an oak handrail with stainless steel fittings. All arrived quickly and in good order. Fittings were of good quality and well machined (I have seen them in a commercial setting where the rail was stainless steel). Only niggle was the adjustment to the position of the rail supports using an allen key. Fiddly and frustrating trying to lock it in to place at the right angle if you're trying to do the whole job by yourself. The flexible and adjustable elbows work if you have walls that are at true right angles on the returns. SimpleHandrails had no problem and were quick in refunding when returning these items. Satisfied.”

“Ordering service and confirmation fine. Quality of oak handrail as expected - no problems. Communication was sufficient however dispatch was within the 5-10 days timescale on day 7 but beware this doesn’t include weekends. (This is shown on website but we hadn’t noticed it) Delivery was on day 9. Orders on 10th arrived 23rd Wish we’d noticed working days guidance!”

“The delivery was very quick It is excellent quality The only slight critisism would be the length of the inner joining piece If it was longer it would help keep the rail straighter But very pleased overall”

“I received the rail, but no fixings. Contacted same day was told they would be with me on the Tuesday, (I unfortunately recevied the rail on a friday) I didn't receive the fixings until late on the Wednesday!!!!! It really wasn't the best service. The rail is nice, and the quality is ok, just a shame the service wasn't better.”
