“A very good product ( 50cm oak rail with stainledd steel ferrules). A list of contents would have been nice and although it was not difficult to assemble a"How to assemble" leaflet would have been helpful.”

“I received the 4 metre handrail in two 2 metre pieces packaged in cardboard tubes with all the fittings. I installed as per the fitting instruction using masonary drill and it was easy to install. Just needed some help in marking the screw holes. It looks amazing. Really pleased with it. Ross”

“Bit disappointed to be honest had to pay joiner day rate due to error by order pickers as they sent me wrong handrail now I have to wait longer and pay extra”

“Lovely hand rail arrived on time and it looks great had to get some bigger screws as the ones that they send weren't big enough but that does not reflect on the quality of the rail it's excellent. I'm really pleased with it and ata great price. Many thanks”

“First class metal work and matching oak rail However! The metal ends require a very accurately centred pilot hole and despite being an engineer the fact that it is in end grain oak and to get a true centre is difficult A simple plastic or metal centring jig would be the icing on the cake!! Good product that deserves good fitting”
