“Happy with product. Appreciated being informed of slight delay and reason. One small observation- for rails with end caps, a small centre pilot hole or centre mark would be useful. A small deviation can spoil overall appearance.”

“The product is good value and imagine perfect for a staircase. Unfortunately, I needed for a ramp and cannot attach with upright posts vertical to ground as the base and vertical post are fixed at 90 degrees and the ramp is at 20 degree angle. My oversight not fault with product.”

“Product good value for money, customer service needs improving. Needed to contact several times, regarding late delivery and incorrect tracking number, they did respond but have a terrible telephone answerphone. Room for improvement. Also no instructions with item. Plenty of spare screws.”

“The handrails I ordered were very good quality. However, the screws you provided for securing rails to wall were very poor and were snapping when screwed in. This caused all sorts of issues for getting the broken screw out of wall”

“Very good product but screws on the rail supports came loose as soon as we tried to offer the rail up. The screws needed to locked in position with thread locking liquid before we were able to fit the rail. Plenty of good stainless mounting screws and wall plugs supplied with the rails.”
