“The oak rail arrived well packaged after a quick sanding and a couple of coats of oil it looked great. The fixings were perfect and a great fit for the woodwork. The screws were poor quality and one bent when trying to attach the ends. Other than that very happy with the product.”

“Packaging was somewhat unprofessional, and some items were duplicated whilst others were just adequate. However, we are very pleased with the product. One possibly useful idea would be to fix the plastic inserts in place before delivery. I found it quite difficult to drill exactly in the centre.”

“Overall very pleased with our new handrail. Only negative is that no fitting instructions were enclosed. Fitting was fairly easy once we had gotten to grips with how it all fitted.”

“Straight forward business and very quick delivery.the item is very good quality,and if I had known the firm earlier it would have saved me a lot of wasted time and effort searching elsewhere for at least minimum double the price.The only thing that gone wrong,was the wrong size stainless steel screws ,which the firm was very willingly offered to rectify but I refuse. Thanks!”

“I was a little concerned at first having read some of the negative reviews but I have to say I'm very impressed with the quality of both the hand rail and the fixings both of which are machined nicely which leads me to two conclusions, either quality control has been improved or some reviewers didn't possess the necessary skills to fit them. Courier was a bit sketchy as I don't like to see footprints all over £200 of goods.”

“Overall it’s a good product and looks good on my cellar staircase. Instructions would have been appreciated, the end caps are variable in size , 3 very tight and quite hard to press on without damage , one very loose and needed shimming. The rails should be predrilled for the end fittings or at least include a drilling template . It’s quite hard finding a circle center accurate to a fraction of a mm , failure to get a perfect centre leaves an annoying slight lip . The Allen screw fittings on the brackets are concealed so have to be tightened in exact position which takes a bit of trial and error , again instructions would have been appreciated. I got all this sorted out in the end but it took longer than it needed to due to the above issues. End result is good .”

“Smart-looking good quality handrail, goes perfectly with our parquet flooring after a light oak stain. A simple card template would be a good idea, also the arms of the brackets kept working loose and I had to use an allen key to tighten them”
