“Very pleased with the quality of the components. It would be useful to have some written instructions/tips, especially as it was quite challenging finding a straight line for the brackets to be attached to the rail. Delivered was quick and items were well packed.”

“Nice quality wood. Live Chat good but pops up even when office closed so no “immediate reply”. UPS delivery a day late, poor tracking - so had to stay in as no delivery “window” given. All 24 screws missing from the parcel. No apology until we ‘phoned to express our frustration. There are only 7 different parts so easy to check before despatch. Our decorator had to leave us to go to another job. Screws sent by UPS following day. Installation instructions found by chance on website, really should be included with parts. We thought end caps and joiner would be large enough to simply slide onto the ends of the handrail. The middle joiner section was initially a little precarious but once supported by positioning brackets quite near either side it was fine. The screws however are nowhere near long enough and a couple of the heads sheared off. It has not been easy being without a handrail at 72 and with arthritic knees.”

“A very good product ( 50cm oak rail with stainledd steel ferrules). A list of contents would have been nice and although it was not difficult to assemble a"How to assemble" leaflet would have been helpful.”

“The quality of the product was above expectation. However, the ordering process did not work well. We required short rails cut to size and in accordance with instruction ordered the next size up. The instruction to shorten was done via the 'chat' feature, and I was assured that the shortening would be done . However when the rails arrived they had not been cut to size so we ended up having to return and correct the order.Other than that' very happy with product and service.”
