“I was a bit disappointed to find I had to fit the stainless steel end caps onto the oak hand rail, I was well packed so I don’t see why this could not have been done at source.”

“I ordered a walnut handrail with domed brushed ss endcaps. The handrail was excellent quality as was the end caps and brackets etc. There were no instructions as how to fit the end caps as they look like screw onto the plastic fixture but in fact they are push on, its not very obvious to an amateur DIY 'er like me. The fixing screws were cheap/poor quality and I managed to snap the head off the first one when tightening, I then used better quality screws that I had in my garage. Everything was delivered within the quoted timescale and overall I am very happy with the product. The handrail looks great on my stairway.”

“Very pleased with the standard of stainless steel hand rail supplied. It came with all holes pre-drilled and tapped with thread so all I had to do was mount it to the wall. Very impressed with you, thank you.”

“A good product but one of the rails had a small split requiring glueing and G clamping. Also it would help less experienced fitters to have a fitting advice sheet. Pre drilling the rails and fitting the supports to the rails first is important.”

“Spoke to a customer advisor as I was unsure on what I needed and she talked me through everything, I also placed my order with her. Delivery was after a week which was great as I expected it to be longer. The rail was well packaged and protected and me and my husband fitted it quickly and easily. Fab service from start to finish and would definitely recommend! Thank you!”

“The product arrived well packaged and was of very good quality. After initial disappointment with delays to delivery (which after sales members of staff and manager has explained) the items were received well. Manger has been in touch to offer reimbursement for inconvenience of delays which is more than reasonable, therefore I’m happy with both the product and overall handling of what seemed a one off situation. I would recommend the products as they are some of the best I’ve seen for the style and price I was looking for. Kindest Regards”

“Super service easy to buy from my handrail turned up on time only problem was the packaging was opened and the rail exposed and the fixings was opened as well luckily the rail was. Un damaged and all the fixings were still inside the opened box the hand rail itself is superb I would highly recommend”
