“Good product. Well packaged. Only problem was with delivery. Carrier sent me an email saying that they send another with a delivery time slot, but this was never sent. Luckily driver arrived just as we were going out.”

“Excellent quality handrail, perfect for our needs. Item received as advised but had some fixings missing. After a few phone calls these were sent very promptly which I was very impressed with.”

“Very happy with the quality and price, glass delivered within 8 days balustrades took a little longer because it was a bank holiday. A few issues with day of delivery but that was more to do with the company delivering the glass and courier delivering balustrades not simplehandrails. Overall very happy looks pretty good now up.”

“Not as good as I hoped. Service was good and parts arrived within time stated Quality was disappointing. The joint to bring handrail together was not the same size as handrails so handrail has a dip in it. Also the wood feels like it could splinter. I doubt it will be doesn't have a smooth feel to I hoped. Time will tell if it splinters or not”

“Well packed and arrived within the timescale given. Good product. Would have liked 2 things though - 1) a template for drilling the centre of the end of the rails to attach the caps, 2) some instructions particularly on whether to drill pilot holes etc. Otherwise, very good.”

Hi there Thank you for your review. All our instructions are listed on our website, we do this to keep our carbon footprint down. With regard to the end caps, we originally drilled them however the majority of our customers like to cut their rails down to suit their own personal requirements so it became a pointless exercise.
