“I love how easily accessible Simple Health makes birth control. My only problem with this program is that the pill packs are sent way too often, and it is annoying to have full pill packs sitting around for a month while you're still trying to finish your current pack.”
“It's a great service and I appreciate that they always deliver on time. It is frustrating, however, that I get charged essentially twice a month for something that is delivered once a month. This doesn't seem right to me.”
“I had issues with my in-town doctor getting me a birth control prescription that was more than a couple months at a time so I turned to Simple Health for a prescription. I knew what I wanted but the Simple Health doctor wouldn't prescribe me the same kind of medication I had been on - instead prescribing a different type altogether. When I had questions about the new medicine, the doctor sent me a link to a WebMD article instead of answering the questions herself. I gave the service 3 stars because it took a day or more to receive answers from the Simple Health doctor each time, the linking of what is considered the worst medical advice on the internet instead of answering my questions, and the absolute refusal to discuss prescribing the medication I have been taking for several years. Once I agreed to try the new medicine, it shipped quickly to my house and in a two-month supply.”
“I mean I docked them 1 star for it being snail pace service and another one for not making it as easy as they claim...just took awhile compared to the pill club. they wow you and send other fun cute things..they make you excited to open a package of birth control lol”
“At first I was very skeptical on the value of this site because it seemed as if everything kept on getting pushed back and the site just wasn't ever in working condition, but now I have my medication I'm much more glad and I'd rather deal with buggy websites then with going to the doctor with my anxiety all the time.”

“I didn't get the brand I asked for, which is fine, because they sent a generic replacement. My issue comes from customer service - which is great, granted you can get a response from them. My order was about three weeks late and I heard nothing from them until I emailed them first. But when I did get a reply they were courteous and understood my frustrations. I just wish they would've reached out first.”
