Service is straightforward. But their delivery time is unclear. If you select an item to be delivered, it is only processed on that day which takes 24-48 hours. And then another 3 days for delivery via USPS. Also delayed due to holiday; no mail is delivered on USPS holidays.

used to take my insurance and my borthcontrol was free but now you dont. will have to cancel when subscription runs out. it should include both options. i shouldn’t be penalized for having insurance

I think the customer service could use improvement and when big changes are made that financially impact customers that should be communicated beforehand.

it was great until you removed the ability to pay by insurance. i switched to another delivery birth control service that takes insurance

Simple Health is a really convenient way to get birth control, and I used them for a while. I am highly sensitive to birth control and finally found the perfect one. After doing so, I suddenly received an alternative. This was not an issue, for I did sign up for the alternative if the brand was unavailable. After a great discussion with support, I unsubscribed from the alternative and received the one I needed. However, my next refill came around, and I got the alternative AGAIN. I contacted support, and they said that I didn't unsubscribe from the alternative, so I went back through myself to change it and even left a note explicitly asking for the brand that helped me the most. I got a confirmation email a few days later, approving my shipment. You guessed it, the ALTERNATIVE. After that, I canceled SH. Besides this whole ordeal, SH is a great company and makes receiving birth control simple and easy. If you are sensitive like me, be aware that alternatives may be sent even if you specifically ask not to get them.

The ease of getting birth control online without an in person doctor visit is amazing. When I started using Simple Health, it was a decent, doable price even without insurance. Now, it’s way too expensive and they’re so incredibly hard to get a hold of. I texted and emailed so many times and they did not get back to me for months. My birth control pack tripled in price and then they refused to give me the brand I previously ordered and had major attitude. As soon as I can get an in person appointment, I will be quitting simple health.

Was good at first but then my insurance for some reason didnt cover it and i didn't know till I refilled and i couldn't affored to get it and tried to cancel emailed 3 times and no response tried to call and the number was not a working number

The convenience of getting my birth control through the mail is nice but the last time I was supposed to get a shipment they didn't process it even though I approved it. Luckily it was expedited but I've been messed up since and trying to get back to normal. Pains have gotten worse like before I started the pill

I used this service for a year and paid under 5 dollars a month with my insurance. When it came time to renew my prescription I had to pay a $20 fee and then it was going to be a flat $20 a month because they don't bill insurance any more or something was what I got from the support chat. Now I'm scrambling to find a doctor to prescribe BC at free or co pay prices not over the counter prices

I used simple health before and got sprintec but i stopped for a bit and got back on it. When i made my order it wasn’t the brand i usually buy. I kinda didn’t like how these one makes me feel though. I do like how they are birth control online but don’t tell me I’m paying for sprintec if it’s an off brand version

Not a fan of the new cash-pay only system where I have to submit a claim to my insurance to get my birth control covered. Used to love how easy it was with SimpleHealth but I will, unfortunately, be looking for another option going forward. It is great that it provides affordable services to people without insurance.

It is convenient & easy to get my birth control through this website with no doctor but the pricing is outrageous. $120 for only 6 months? Not happy about that but in America health care is only for the rich.

The birth control I was prescribed worked well up till 2 and a half months ago when it failed I never missed a day taking it. I've had this problem before but thought it was fine till I didn't get my period and found out I'm pregnant again

It was a difficult website to operate and way over prices for but the control. I found a site that was more user friendly and 1/3 of the cost of simple health.

My experience has been great, but now Simple health is no longer accepting insurance payments. I will no longer be using the service once my last insurance billable refill is done. I refuse to pay out of pocket for something that my insurance covers.

My short review is that the brand was changed on me without notification resulting in spotting and cramps for a full month while I adjusted to a new birth control. I would suggest notifying your customers when you change brands on them.

Offers a great service and products, but I had to follow up a couple of times to actually have my order shipped to me. I am hopeful that as I continue getting monthly orders this will turn out to have been a fluke, as I really do love the way Simple Health lets me be in control of my own health.

It was good until you said you were going cash pay only Model. That does not make it easy. Now I have to find somewhere else once my subscription is about to renew. =(

I requested the same birth control I’ve been on for 15 years and was sent generic. It screwed up my periods and even requested the brand many times and was still sent generic. So yeah I’ve stopped taking it.
