My only complaint is that the site is very difficult to navigate. My orders always arrived on time and I love that I don't have to see a doctor in person.

Convenient but getting to be really expensive .. the $60 every 3 months and then another $20 fee yearly is too much when you are living pay to pay

My prescription was entered wrong and I’m still waiting for it to be updated. I should have received my pills 2 weeks ago

The service is fast and effortless but they don't tell u the 15 is per month...not for a 3 month prescription. They do make sure u have your items prior to running out though

I am not a fan of the new prescription that I was given. However the convenience of getting the birth control via mail is great.

I did end up getting the birth control, but it seemed to take forever and I felt like my questions weren’t fully getting answered.

The service is great in itself, but they charged me $150 twice in 2 months. Seems like an oversight that they’re sending me multiple months worth of medication 2 separate times in such a short span; I didn’t request them to be sent back to back like that. They also don’t respond to inquiries very quickly.

Everyone I talked to was super nice, but when my insurance changed they couldn't figure out applying it to my Rx for a couple weeks. They couldn't and ended up sending it to pharmacy local to me I can pick up. The pharmacy had no problems at all. It was stressful. I had entered my insurance info correctly and uploaded picture of my insurance card as well. Again the customer service was very nice but ultimately didn't fix the issue they sent to a local pharmacy.

Very little communication. I'm pretty sure my prescription was changed and I didn't get a warning. I've experienced adverse side effects all of the sudden and have no way to point to a change in my order looking at my account history on Simplehealth.

Too expensive when I’m getting something normally free and I have to get so much at one time and pay monthly for what?

Getting birth control is super easy! My issue is that I can’t get things like plan B unless it’s covered by insurance or I pay. Sounds fine and I would pay for it… but I can’t get an opportunity to say yes to paying. I’ve been given the same message three times and try to reply that I’ll pay for it out of pocket and it never works. Five stars for getting easy birth control access! But ONE star for getting anything else.

I was all for this service. What I didn’t care for was not finding out till after I paid the $19 fee that I can’t use this. 😕

Overall I like it. The only gripe I have is I don’t have the refills before I run out of pills. Usually a week later they arrive in the mail after finishing the last pack.

Generally, access to birth control through Simple Health is great. Once, I think it was lost in the mail, and that’s not something that they can control, but is something to be aware of. I’m pretty annoyed that when I reached out because my medicine looked different, they said it was the same. I mean, okay it was the same brand name, but the manufacturer had changed, and it was different! The pills were different size and shape, the packaging was different, and it affected me, hormonally.
