It’s good but I’ve had my period for two weeks now

Simple health was fine, but I got pregnant and didn’t cancel my shipment in time so I got screwed out of $100 and stuck with 6 months of birth control I obviously don’t need. I hate automatic subscriptions

They’re very attentive and fast, but I just feel like there should be an app for this service it would make using it easier, also making the website more user friendly because you have to search around for certain things

The process started out just fine, received my first order with no issues. My second order was not shipped out. When I asked why, They told me that I told them to cancel my next shipment. When I never told anyone that. We cleared it up and got my order sent out but I will now be a week behind on my birth control.

Simple Health delivered the service but way too late. Communication with doctors are too drawn out not done in a timely manner. As such, it took a long time for my BC pills to be shipped. When shipped, Simple Health couldn't give an update or an ETA and so I had to make other arrangements before the start date of my new pack. Process between communication and receivable of BC was way too long.

Ive had some deliver delays in the past and as well as my order being shipped to the wrong addresss. But I’m happy that I haven’t had any children in the year I’ve been using this service

Simple. Easy. For the most part I had no issues with simple health, but twice something happened and they said my insurance no longer covered my prescription. It happened again this week. My insurance hasn't changed, so I'm a bit irritated I have to contact them and find out what the problem is.

I'm not sure what to think of the doctor in charge of my birth control. While I understand where they're coming from and how busy they must be, they took so long to get back to the team, leaving me freaking out and considering going to the hospital just to get answers. While I understand, the doctor just takes a long time to respond While the Simple Health people I've texted with are super sweet and so nice.

Good service, just too expensive in my opinion.

it's been a relief to have such an easy service to get birth control!

The charge was more than expected but shipping was good and the packaging was discreet. Would recommend it if you are prepared to spend a little more.

The service itself is truly simple and convenient. I don’t like that my prescription just “happens” to be one that isn’t in fact $15 without insurance. I also don’t like that I seem to get a new brand, with every refill….so while they are all basically the same thing, there are differences and i think it makes it hard for my body to adjust. I’m planning on finding a local doc, so I can get cheaper meds, that are the same brand each time.

No instructions, each prescription should have it’s one instructions.

I liked how easy their service was, but I was expecting it to be free with my insurance but I did end up having to pay 20 dollars. I chose the ring and it gave me horrendous side effects, which is no fault of the company. I would recommend this service to others, but I would warn them that they have to pay if they don’t have insurance.

In a lot of ads they say you don’t need insurance but I had to put insurance in for them to look at my case. It also took me two tries for it to go through and I ended up running out before they sent me more. It’s not a bad service for someone who can’t go out to get their prescriptions at the moment but there’s still some issues.

I only gave a 3 star not based on your service which was great but based on the fact that I’m using yet another bc pill that doesn’t seem to be working for me. I seem to the all of the side effects. I may have to cancel the service.

Overall, it's a convenient service however if you have any questions that aren't answered in the FAQ, they take a while to get back to you. When you're dealing with birth control, any issue that may arise is obviously very time-sensitive, as you want to be protected, right? So when the doctor or pharmacist takes 3-5 days to respond to you, it's unnerving & stressful!
