Loved how quickly I got my birth control not a fan of how much it cost though we are led to believe by adds that it won’t be very much and instead it’s $45 dollars for the same prescription that cost $8 at Walmart

It is kind of pricey. My first year I paid $20 one time and now I pay $60 every time it ships I think.

It's easy to get the first prescription for birth control, but I had a hard time talking to the doctor and changing it. Prices aren't much cheaper than other pharmacies around me and my insurance didn't cover the pill I needed. I found it better to go and talk with my primary care doctor rather than use this service. I could see this being a good service for people who don't have pharmacies close by or limited access to healthcare. I wish it worked out for my circumstance but in the end it didn't meet my needs.

I got my prescription on time along with a sample of vitamins I asked them about. They proceeded to tell me that they did not send me any vitamins, and acted all dumb founded. Well I sent them a photo of the vitamins with their name clearly in the description. I have not heard any more from them since doing this. I am awaiting a message back from them. If I don't receive one, I'll discontinue my services with them. I need to be confident in the company that provides me with something that is important as birth control.

I loved Simple Health until not long ago. I changed insurance so I placed my order before the new one kicked in since the new one wouldn't cover. However, there was a "bug" (that's what I was told) and my prescription was delayed for over a month. I ran out of pills and still received no replies. Once they finally got back to me they told me the new insurance wouldn't cover (I knew it and that's why I placed the order a month earlier remember?) so I had to pay out-of-pocket which is fine but they also told me they would send it with priority shipping since it was already delayed and I was out of pills (I have PCOS which means my hormones were already out of whack because I ran out) and surprise? they didn't send it with priority. I will not be renewing after this.

I asked for something to help minimize my cramps, but what I was given has sadly not done that. If anything, my cramps have worsened and lasted longer. I'm not sure if it was because I had two conflicting requests asking also that I was given something that wouldn't affect me mentally, but I would've appreciated being told that. Otherwise I think the birth control is fine.

I’d give three and a half stars if I could. This service is supposed to be simple, easy, and convenient and for the most part it is. However, my order is consistently fulfilled incorrectly: I take a 21 day birth control and should receive a three month supply containing four packages. Multiple shipments, however, have contained only three and it’s getting annoying to have to contact support every few months to correct my order. If I am paying for a service, I expect it to be fulfilled properly. I am patient with mistakes here and there, but to have this SAME quantity issue come up so frequently and wasting my time contacting customer service time and again? Might be time for me to seek out another birth control subscription service.

i’ve only been using it for 3 weeks. it’s been pretty good and i’ve been pretty consistent. ask me again in 4/5 months and then we will see.

I cancelled due to a need for 90 day supply. Simple Health service was initially great to get me back with them, but they set me right back up for 30 days (my insurance's decision) without any notification. The next refill didn't ship for quite some time so they knew well in advance but the communication just isn't there unless they are trying to retain you or refute a billing discrepancy. One representative even went as far as to say since I didn't request an update for this type of change I shouldn't expect that communication.

The birth control I was prescribed made me very sick to the point I was vomiting and even had to call in to work a few days and when I figured out the birth control was what was making me sick I stopped taking it immediately and haven’t had any problems since

I love this service. I have been using it since the beginning of covid. My only issue is that neither of my insurance providers can cover it so I'm paying out of pocket. It said that because the service is not within a network my insurance will not cover it.

I use to receive the emergency contraceptive pill with my order and then abruptly, without notice it stopped. Been looking elsewhere for that included benefit.
