I don’t like that I don’t have a nurse available to ask questions. When I send a message I get a response 2-3 days later and birth control can be a time sensitive matter.

The convenience of the auto shop wasn’t really outweighed by the amount of time I had to spend fighting with them to get the correct medication sent. I finally gave up and went back to a real doctor.

it was good while it lasted. they gave me a low dosage but i still had mood swings so i dont think birth control is for me

Buying birth control pills online, without going into the doctor's office or a pharmacy is the best! My advice with SimpleHealth is to review your cart carefully before you check out. They will put extra items into your shopping cart, which you may not want. They put $300 female condoms in my cart. I didn't realize it until I got my order. The second time I ordered, I asked them not to do that. Boom...they still put them in. So please be careful when you place an order from this company.

I started with one birth control and then next time I got it in the mail, it was a different kind, but then went back to the first kind of birth control the 3rd time i got it in the mail. A little confused on why they changed it just to change it back but oh well. Messed up my period cycle, been spotting forever now

The prescription was quick. The delivery quicker. It would be helpful if there was a better and easier way/platform to get in touch with the doctors, if one has a query. And you will have a query.

Love the convenience but delivery is slow (maybe due to Covid??) and I haven’t received the same brand of medication yet

It would be nice to get the three pill pack instead of one at a time and it would be nice to get my pill pack more than a single day before I start the next pack

I love the service, it's really helped with my needs UNTIL I ran out of my pills and have been off of them for several days now waiting to get more in the mail. It says that you'll never run out and they are sent prior to running out, but unfortunately that isn't the case for me.

I am quite disappointed. I liked the initial ease of use to set up my account, but my first pack was delivered the end of January (they only sent one months worth of prescription) and for some reason the next delivery for my next pill pack was scheduled for April.. so now I had to manually move up my subscription refill and it will be arriving late. There was no notice of my next refill date and for how time based birth control is, it very disappointed.

Ever since starting, my periods last 2 weeks. As compared my my normal 3 days. Even when I skip the pills. Also, my breasts hurt so bad about three weeks out of every month.

I don’t like that my birth control brand keeps changing every order. Other than that it is simple. I would like an easier way to be able to communicate with you. Looked on my account for help but no luck.

I had a negative experience with my most recent refill. I never received my refill, it got lost in the mail so I requested a replacement. The replacement arrived and it was the incorrect prescription. So I had to request a second replacement. It took 30 days to finally get the correct prescription. My second replacement order was not sent overnight.

The process was super easy and fast! Everyone I talked to was so nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the birth control I received didn't work for me.

Thank you for the access of resources but I had to discontinue my prescription because my acne got worse. This was not worth my money.
