easy to get, and not expensive at all. only thing that i could complain about is i’m still getting my period.

I love this service. It's so easy and it's awesome how it's delivered right to your door, and discreetly! The one thing I don't love is that you don't have the option to call with time sensitive issues. I had something I thought was serious, but had to send a text and wait 48 hours to hear back, which wasn't exactly settling to my mind. Other than that, the service is great, I love the doctors, everyone is so nice and understanding!!

Simple health has sent my birth control late by one month twice now - so this service hasn’t really been working for me ....

The company was helpful. However the delivery of the birth control was left downstairs in my apartment building. When I received an email saying that I would have to sign for the medication.In addition the package was also two days late.

Prompt service response but not covered by my insurance so did not make sense to proceed with steep out of pocket cost.

Up until my last order, I would've gave a 5 star rating. The reason I gave a 3 is because my birth control brand was switched, without asking me, for my last order. I've had problems with side effects from multiple different birth controls in the past so I was not thrilled about the possibility of new ones, especially because the last one I had did not seem to give me a problem.

The process was simple enough. My “interaction” with the doctor is severely lacking. At the end of the day I got what I needed, but it would’ve been nice if the doctor had actually acknowledged any of the concerns I put forward. Oh well.

If Simple Health accepted my health insurance, that would have been great. However, they sent me a message about a week prior to me needing a new pack that they did not accept my health insurance. That timing could have been better as I'll have to be off of birth control while I find a doctor in my area.

I like Simple Health but was disappointed in a few parts of their service. I opted for generic birth control but I didn’t want to receive a different brand every month. Every time they filled my prescription it was a different brand. Also, I guess because my insurance limited my refills to only include one pack instead of three, they cheated me out of my annual subscription and ended it in May as opposed to August. They should have extended it so that I could get birth control for the entire year that I paid for even though they could only send one pack.

I have insurance...my insurance was not accepted so i had to pay 45.00 for 3 month supply of birth control. Came a a reasonable time.
