“I received multiple emails and texts saying my prescription was going up in price, so I canceled my subscription when the amount got too high. I’m very happy with this drug, but can’t pay over double for it.”
“I’ve been using simple health for almost a year now. I loved it! Until recently you guys changing your policies and not taking any kind of insurance anymore. Would’ve been nice to have an announcement sent out to people
Or something. Instead of finding out because I had to reach out and figure out why I have no more refills of my birth control. Will be looking for a new website that takes insurance.”
“Absolutely awful experience. Customer service was slow to respond and took weeks to get me what I needed. The website is misleading and says that you will be able to confirm your order before it is shipped (I didn’t have the option, it shipped without my confirmation) and is incredibly misleading about being able to use insurance. I ended up immediately cancelling my subscription and am still waiting on a refund from my insurance because of this issue. I would never recommend this service to anyone.”
“In the beginning, Simple Health was just that, simple. They were easy, gave me what I needed, my insurance covered it and I was getting free birth control. They then sent an email saying my insurance no longer covered so instead of asking if I want to use another sort of coverage or asking if I want to continue with them as a provider, they just charged me $120 for my birth control. Without my consent. You really think if I was getting free birth control that I'd want to start being charged over $100 instead of going somewhere else? And why did they no longer accept my insurance? When I got the email saying my insurance was no longer accepted, there was no link to cancel or change my prescription and I had to go find the email to tell them I want to cancel it and they shipped my prescription almost immediately so I wouldn't be able to cancel.
There should be some sort of "Do you want to renew your prescription" if there are changes to payment because that was absurd.”
“After trying to contact 6 times through email after waiting the 5 "short staffed" days no reply was made to me. Able to give full prescription without customer service. DO NOT GIVE ACSESS to bank account. Would not recommend.Ther is only one communication method and its only email. Don't let them fool you with chat and telephone. It doesn't exist.”
“the price of my subscription doubled and i was not notified prior to being charged and nor was my concern answered before the subscription was shipped”
“I have not received any information on my upcoming refill and it’s been well over a month. I have already reached out once, I was told to wait five days which I did and still received zero information about my refills actual status and what’s going on. I only have a week left before I will be in immediate need for my refill, if I don’t receive it in time it won’t be as effective and has a high possibility of messing with my hormones all over again. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could actually reach out and help before it’s too late, thank you.”
“My birth control is awesome!
But they keep on changing my account even when I still have three parks of birth control pills available.
Please refill after three months time!”
