“I am very upset that the service automatically charged rather than verifying alternatives to my insurance or asking if I needed more time to figure out my order/how to pay. it is not very clear that it will automatically charged if your insurance. doesn't cover. I also never got the free plan b pill I ordered either.”
“It was a difficult website to operate and way over prices for but the control. I found a site that was more user friendly and 1/3 of the cost of simple health.”
“I like this service, but I wish there were more options when it came to customer services. When signing up the site had saved the shipping address without the complete address. That may have been my fault but when I got the text to confirm the address because it was shipping, I noticed the mistake and changed it. Unfortunately it shipped with the incomplete address and got sent back to sender. There was no way to contact them other than email, and that took around 2 weeks to get a response to fix it. They sent an response email to let me know that volumes of emails were higher with the recent roe vs. wade overturning. Which is fine but there should be a separate section to deal with the shipping and order department. It was honestly just an unfortunate situation because I had made sure to order before I had run out of my previous birth control. So with this delay I’ve been off birth control for about 2/3 of the month. I do appreciate the services that are provided by this site, it was just a small inconvenience that could be fixed with some tweaking.”
“I am supposed to be being charged 45$. Even making a mock order with my current options it comes to 45$. Yet the last two orders have been 60$ and after A FULL MONTH long wait for suppor6 to get back to me I've been told that it's because I had the option to skip periods. I've used simple health for 3 years. I've had that option selected all three years. It's only changed from the 45$ to the 60$, as I said, two orders ago. Not only that but I was given no notice of the change.
In short, simple health should NOT have sent me the email to make this review. I am considering finding another way to get my birth control.”
“I’ve been using simple health for almost 3 years now. It is my choice for receiving birth control. It’s affordable and ships quickly to my house. Thank you for good service.”
“My experience has been great, but now Simple health is no longer accepting insurance payments. I will no longer be using the service once my last insurance billable refill is done. I refuse to pay out of pocket for something that my insurance covers.”
“I love this service. It comes right to my door. I barely have to think about it. Super easy to stay consistent. They even offer add ons that I hadn’t thought of but are super helpful.”
“Quick and easy birth control is good. Trying to push ALL your other products on everybody makes you just like everyone else, only interested in profit not healthcare.
And your customer service is ass. I’ve had to call/text/email on several occasions and they’ve NEVER been helpful. Most recently they’ve been condescending in addition to unhelpful. I literally figured out the problem and fixed it myself just to be told I couldn’t fix it myself… and their solution was to do the exact same thing I did.
I’m seeing a new doctor next week and I’ll have them write my prescription and start traveling to pick it up myself again just to avoid ever having to deal with simple health EVER AGAIN. THIS IS NOT CONVENIENT”
