“It’s a really convenient service for me. I work during office hours so making an in-person appointment can be really challenging for me. Getting my birth control this way has lifted a weight off my shoulders. Customer service is really awesome and always helps set up having my script sent to my local pharmacy (instead of mailing it) so I can pick it up and have it covered by my insurance. I hope they‘ll start accepting my insurance at their pharmacy so I can have it mailed to me but that’s my only very minor complaint. And the best part is I only have to do this once a year and don’t have to bother with it again until it’s time to renew my birth control prescription. One less thing to worry about! I think this is a fantastic service and I’m thankful I have easy access to contraceptives and emergency contraceptives, especially with what’s been happening lately in America. I will be using this service indefinitely. I highly recommend it.”
“The model is promising, but it seems like you are having staffing issues. There is no mechanism for customers to send messages, edit orders, and/or ask questions. There's a several day delay between submitting an inquiry via email and receiving a response. In the meantime, you fill and ship orders without providing patients any opportunity to ask questions.”

“It took over a month to get my order, which might have been an insurance thing, so that's fine. But in that month I had changed the mailing address officially on my account. They proceeded to send my order to the wrong address and when I tried to contact them to verify where it had been sent (account gave me 2 different answers) they didn't respond to either the email or text with an answer for 7 days and by then I had been contacted by USPS for missing a signature.”
